This is the second time I’ve chosen to use Modern Window Fashion for my window coverings and I love working with Barry and Ivy. I’ve installed California shutters in two different homes and each time, Barry’s work is excellent and looks amazing. On one window where a contractor dropped the ceiling after window measurements were taken, Barry had to find a creative way to make the shutters fit and made it work where others would have said it was not possible. He didn't rush installing those shutters, but he made sure that it was completely even in terms of measurement and the way it sat on windows. The price He gave me was very reasonable. Barry of Modern Window Fashion gave us excellent service from start to finish. We had 12 windows that had lost their seals and were fogging up. Barry promptly responded to my request on HomeStars and came to measure the windows the next day. He worked around our schedule to order/replace the windows and even found a custom piece to match the unique colour of the window grilles on a couple windows. Barry is knowledgable; responsive to text, email, phone; personable; thorough in his work (he carefully cleaned each window before setting it); careful to keep our home clean and reset furnishings; and quick (did the job in under 7 hours). I definitely recommend him.
